CIRSI is a fast-growing non-profit think tank with a mission to conduct rigorous policy research on some of the most pressing social issues faced in Somalia and fragile states in Sub-Saharan Africa at large. Being a Somali-led organization, CIRSI’s approach is to partner with local and international researchers and engage affected people through innovative research solutions. Registered both in Somalia and Kenya, CIRSI maintains an office in Nairobi as well as in Mogadishu and Garowe.
